Excerpt

Nataly Ko ’09 didn’t plan to become a sheep farmer when she came to the United States.
Her story is modern-day twist on the 1960s television show Green Acres. Nataly was an urbanite—a self-professed city girl who had lived in Moscow and Seoul, South Korea, before moving to New York City. But, when she enrolled in Saint Leo University, Nataly and her husband moved to Alexandra Lake Farm in Dade City, Florida, and said good-bye to city life.
